About the role
Application Operations Intern ( Algorithmic Trading Systems) The role of the Application Operations Intern (Algorithmic Trading Systems) is to support the application operations team in maintaining and enhancing the trading systems landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and troubleshoot application incidents and issues, and escalate to relevant teams as needed - Perform first-level application support activities such as user onboarding, user management, password resets, etc. - Assist in deployment and rollback of application changes - Participate in defining and implementing application monitoring and reporting strategies - Contribute to process improvement initiatives across the application landscape Requirements: - Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field - Exposure to application monitoring and troubleshooting tools and techniques - Good understanding of Linux/Windows server environments - Ability to quickly grasp business processes and domain knowledge - Strong communication and coordination skills - Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills - Fluency in English (written and verbal)
