Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Marketing Lead located in the Pune Division. The role involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for commercial real estate projects, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, coordinating with the sales team to drive leads and conversions, and fostering strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role requires regular engagement with internal teams to ensure alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis
- Experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy to devise and execute campaigns for commercial spaces
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with real estate or commercial marketing is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
