Role Overview :
As part of the Commercial Claims team, you will play a key role in setting up, managing, and continuously improving claims processes while ensuring high service standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and enhance claims management processes with a focus on continuous improvement
- Conduct reviews, audits, and performance evaluations of processes
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders for seamless operations
- Define and monitor service standards and delivery metrics
- Manage and oversee MIS reporting and tracking systems
- Drive business function reviews and performance insights
- Lead market engagement initiatives to strengthen brand positioning
- Coordinate technical trainings and development programs
- Ensure regulatory compliance and timely submissions
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in claims processing/management
- Strong knowledge of Property & Marine insurance products
- Excellent analytical and investigative skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven negotiation and decision-making skills
- High focus on process, compliance, and innovation
- A curious mindset with a passion for learning
