Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Team Leader at our office in Gurugram. The role involves managing and leading a team to achieve business objectives, driving sales performance, and fostering a high-performing environment. Responsibilities include supervising team members, providing guidance and training, developing strategies to meet sales and financial targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Additionally, the team leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Background knowledge and understanding of Insurance and Finance relevant to the real estate sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales, including strategy development and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
