Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Specialist based in Indore, with opportunities for remote work flexibility. The responsibilities include managing sales operations, customer service interactions, purchasing, and account management activities. The specialist will communicate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business development goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve inquiries.
- Proficiency in Sales and proficiency in relationship-building with stakeholders to drive growth.
- Knowledge of Purchasing and Account Management processes to streamline workflows and ensure operational efficiency.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve commercial performance is a plus.
- Self-motivation, critical thinking, and attention to detail are essential for success in this hybrid role.
- Prior experience in the FMCG domain and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
