Role Description
We are urgently hiring Sales Executives with experience in commercial real estate. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Balewadi, Pune.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
• Assisting clients in buying commercial properties
• Understanding client requirements and offering suitable investment options
• Presenting property value propositions and conducting site visits
• Handling end-to-end sales processes and closing deals
• Building strong relationships with clients and developers
• Negotiating effectively to ensure successful transactions.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in commercial real est
ate sales• Strong knowledge of commercial property market trends
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Selt-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree preferred
