Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Commercial Sales Manager. The Commercial Sales Manager will oversee sales initiatives, develop strategic business plans, and manage client relationships. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, coordinating with the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving revenue goals through effective business planning and execution. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet business objectives is a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication with the ability to build and nurture relationships effectively.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in Business Planning and driving strategic initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
