Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Commercial Sales Leasing - Real Estate professional. Responsibilities include managing commercial leasing transactions, assisting clients in identifying properties that meet their business needs, conducting property viewings, creating impactful sales presentations, and negotiating agreements. Additional duties include generating new business leads, maintaining excellent relationships with clients, and staying informed about market trends to provide strategic advisory services.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales Presentations, Sales, and the ability to close deals effectively
  • Experience in New Business Development to identify and generate leads
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven ability to understand real estate market trends and apply insights to strategy
  • Relevant experience in commercial real estate or a related field is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other digital sales tools is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
