Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Commercial Real Estate Specialist. The responsibilities include managing real estate transactions, conducting market analysis, evaluating property investment opportunities, negotiating deals, and building client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop real estate strategies tailored to the needs of diverse clients.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate practices.
- Ready to work for night shift
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and their application in property investment and transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and managing client relationships
- Customer Service aptitude, with a proactive approach to understanding and addressing client needs
- Proficiency in using relevant real estate tools and software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable
