Role Name: Project Manager – Commercial Interiors (Fit-Out)
Location: Chennai
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take complete ownership of commercial interior fit-out projects — from concept to handover.
This role is not just about execution — it’s about driving timelines, managing stakeholders, ensuring quality, and delivering projects that meet both design intent and business outcomes.
You will be the single point of accountability for project success.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership
- Lead end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects (offices, retail, F&B, etc.)
- Take full responsibility for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Site & Execution Management
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and progress
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Manage expectations and provide regular project updates
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure alignment
Commercial & Cost Control
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Manage BOQs, billing, and vendor payments
- Identify risks and proactively drive cost optimization
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure execution meets design intent and quality benchmarks
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety norms
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects
- Strong exposure to office / retail / commercial space execution
- Proven track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, contracts, and project scheduling
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
