Position: Commercial Pilot

Type: Full-time contract

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert to support AI training using real-world commercial flight experience.
• Develop and refine technical documentation focused on aviation workflows, safety protocols, and operational scenarios.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure models reflect accurate pilot procedures and best practices.
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs for compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Communicate complex aviation concepts through clear written reports and structured feedback.
• Provide guidance on AI applications across fixed-wing and rotary aircraft operations, including charter, air tours, and EMS missions.
• Promote safety-first thinking and regulatory compliance across all AI training deliverables.

Requirements

• Active Commercial Pilot certificate with strong experience in fixed-wing or helicopter operations.
• Background in charter flights, air ambulance, air tours, or other specialized missions.
• Strong knowledge of aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent technical writing skills with ability to produce clear, accurate documentation.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across remote teams.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and validation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
