Hiring: Pharma Commercial Business Analyst / Consultant
📍 Location: Pune (Hybrid)
⏳ Experience: 3–6 Years
📅 Joining: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred
We are looking for candidates with strong Pharma Commercial domain expertise and hands-on experience working with Sales & Marketing business teams.
🔹 Mandatory Skills:
• Pharma Commercial / Sales & Marketing domain knowledge
• Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
• Customer & Territory Management
• HCP / HCO engagement processes
• Commercial analytics & reporting
• Understanding of sales KPIs, call plans, reach & frequency
• Experience with Veeva CRM (preferred) / Salesforce
• Requirements gathering, user stories & functional documentation
• Exposure to sales data, alignment data & call activity reporting
• Strong client communication & stakeholder management skills
✅ Must Have:
• Prior experience working with Pharma Commercial business users
• End-to-end commercial project exposure
