Position Title: Commercial Pharma Functional Consultant

Required Skills
3–6 years of experience (end to end commercial project exposure), Prior work experience with Pharma Commercial business users ü Candidate must have hands on experience in Pharma Commercial / Sales & Marketing functions, including:· Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
- Customer & Territory Management
- HCP / HCO engagement processes
- Product launches and lifecycle management
- Market access, pricing & contracting (basic understanding)
- Commercial analytics & reporting
- Understanding of commercial KPIs such as:· Sales performance, targets, call plans
- Reach & frequency
ü Strong preference for candidates who have worked on commercial pharma platforms, such as:· CRM Platformso Veeva CRM (mandatory or highly preferred)
o Salesforce
Functional / Technical Skills
- Requirements gathering from Commercial stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Analytics teams)
- Translating business needs into:
- User stories
- Functional specs
- Reports & dashboards
- Data understanding related to:
- Sales data
- Alignment data
- Call activity
- Target lists
Soft Skills
- Strong client communication (especially Sales/Marketing stakeholders)
- Ability to explain technical concepts in business language
- Good documentation & presentation skills
- Experience working in onsite–offshore or global teams
