Commercial Cleaning Specialist – Global Soft Services (APAC)

About The Role
We’re looking for a
Janitorial Specialist to join JLL’s Global Soft Services team in the APAC region. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert for cleaning operations, bringing both strategic and hands-on knowledge of janitorial services. You’ll help design and deliver efficient, sustainable, and cost-optimized cleaning solutions for our clients across diverse sectors and geographies.

What This Job Involves
- Drive/deliver end-to-end cleaning consulting projects across the APAC region, with a focus on operational cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
- Develop and drive optimized cleaning models, including resource planning and gearing ratio analysis.
- Evaluate cleaning technologies and equipment to recommend innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to implement standardized cleaning programs and continuous improvement measures.
- Partner with site operations teams to monitor performance metrics and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Travel across APAC to conduct site reviews, project rollouts, and solutioning sessions.
Sound Like You? To Apply You’ll Need:
- 7+ years of experience in commercial cleaning operations, either from cleaning service providers
- Exposure to Asia-Pacific markets and familiarity with regional cleaning standards and practices.
- Strong understanding of team gearing ratios, manpower planning, and productivity modeling.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.
- Hands on experience and proficiency in BI, Microsoft Office tools
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics using appropriate templates
Preferred Qualifications
- Background or certifications in IFMA, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of sustainability-focused cleaning practices and emerging technology solutions.
