Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Manager located in Hyderabad. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing business operations, managing commercial strategies, negotiating and managing contracts, developing business plans, leading managerial teams, and analyzing business performance. The role involves ensuring compliance with commercial best practices and fostering relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Head to oversee the complete commercial, finance, taxation, statutory, and compliance functions of our manufacturing company.
### Key Roles & Responsibilities:
#### Finance & Accounts
- Oversee complete accounting operations and financial management of the company.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, profitability reports, and management reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables, working capital, and fund flow management.
- Coordinate with banks for CC limits, BGs, LCs, and other banking requirements.
#### Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Handle all GST-related activities including filing, reconciliation, audits, and assessments.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance of TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government departments.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure complete legal compliance for the company.
#### Budgeting & Commercial Planning
- Prepare annual budgets, departmental budgets, and forecast reports.
- Plan and monitor budget allocation across departments and projects.
- Analyze costs, overheads, and operational expenses for better financial control.
- Support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
#### Commercial Operations
- Review and monitor purchase orders, vendor agreements, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance in all commercial transactions.
- Monitor inventory valuation, costing, and manufacturing-related commercial controls.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and project teams for commercial matters.
#### Audit & Internal Controls
- Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax auditors.
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
### Candidate Requirements:
- Strong experience in finance, taxation, compliance, and commercial operations.
- Prior experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and statutory regulations.
- Experience in budgeting, MIS reporting, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and analytical skills.
- ERP knowledge preferred.
### Experience:
- - Preferred experience: 10+ years in Finance & Commercial functions.
