Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Commercial Manager. The selected individual will oversee commercial operations, including managing contracts, leading business planning activities, analyzing financial data and market trends, developing strategies to optimize profitability, and leading and mentoring a team to achieve business objectives. The Commercial Manager will also collaborate cross-functionally to drive business success and ensure compliance with relevant standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Commercial Management and Contract Management
- Expertise in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability in Team Management and leadership to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the HVAC, manufacturing, or similar industries is advantageous
