Commercial Manager
Location: Itola, Vadodara, Gujarat, India
Qualification: BBA / B.Com / Finance (MBA in Operations or Supply Chain preferred)
Experience: 5–10 years
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation and commercial performance.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams for smooth order execution.
- Review and finalize commercial terms and conditions for orders.
- Handle order processing, documentation, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Order-to-Cash Cycle Time – Time from order receipt to final payment.
- Inventory Accuracy Rate – Match between physical stock and ERP records.
- On-Time Delivery (OTD) – Orders delivered as per committed schedule.
- Commercial Compliance – No GST/customs penalties or statutory delays.
- Documentation Accuracy – Error-free shipping and bank documents (ABGs/PBGs).
Required Skills
- ERP Systems: SAP / Oracle / Tally
- Data Analysis: Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Regulatory Knowledge: GST, Incoterms, commercial contracts
- Negotiation: Vendor and transporter management
- Analytical Ability: Identify cost-saving opportunities in commercial operations
