About R&D:
The R&D organization at ANSR MedTech is being built to support the development, testing, and long-term sustainment of complex, regulated products used at global scale.
This team plays a critical role in engineering excellence, product quality, and operational reliability, working closely with global R&D leaders to deliver against well-defined technical standards, quality systems, and product outcomes.
Unlike a traditional offshore or support model, R&D in India is designed to take on meaningful ownership across the product lifecycle, particularly in areas where scale, focus, and execution discipline are essential.

How the R&D Team Operates:
- Teams are based in India and embedded in day-to-day delivery, not isolated support functions.
- Technical direction, quality standards, and product outcomes are globally aligned, with strong local execution and accountability.
- The organization is built under a Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) model with ANSR, with responsibilities expanding as the site matures.
- Success is measured by engineering quality, predictable delivery, adherence to quality systems, reduced defects over time, and strong collaboration with global R&D teams.
Position Overview:
The Manager – Commercial Analytics will serve as a core leader within the Insights & Analytics function, owning end to end commercial analytics across revenue growth, pricing, demand forecasting, and marketing performance.
This role is responsible for ensuring that commercial initiatives across sales, marketing, digital, and patient engagement are measurable, optimized, and decision ready, while translating complex analytics into actionable recommendations for business and commercial stakeholders.
Core Mission:
Build and operate a commercial performance and growth intelligence engine, making the end-to-end consumer and commercial journey measurable, diagnosable, and optimizable.
Key Responsibilities:
End to End Commercial & Consumer Intelligence:
- Own commercial and consumer journey analytics across revenue growth, pricing, and demand dynamics
- Define frameworks for conversion, leakage, delay, and performance diagnostics across the commercial funnel
- Partner with business and platform teams to align definitions, rules, and performance metrics across sales, marketing, and digital touchpoints
Commercial Dashboards & Analytics Platforms:
- Lead the design and delivery of commercial dashboards and performance views using Power BI and/or Tableau
- Establish baseline metrics, data validation standards, and automated reporting workflows
- Ensure dashboards and insights are scalable, consistent, and executive ready
Revenue Growth, Pricing & Demand Analytics:
- Drive analytics across Revenue Growth Management, pricing strategy, and demand forecasting:
- Support pricing, promotion, and campaign effectiveness analysis through structured, data driven frameworks
- Identify drivers of growth, profitability, and performance across markets and segments
Marketing, Media & Campaign Analytics:
- Lead analytics across marketing, media optimization, social media, and campaign performance
- Design measurement frameworks for marketing effectiveness, ROI, and conversion impact
- Partner with stakeholders to translate analytics into campaign optimization and decision support
Advanced Analytics & Data Platforms:
- Leverage modern data platforms such as Databricks to enable scalable analytics and modeling
- Work with cloud-based analytics environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) to support performance, reliability, and future growth
- Apply diagnostic and predictive techniques where applicable to identify high impact opportunities
Stakeholder Partnership & Business Translation:
- Act as a trusted analytics partner to commercial, marketing, and growth stakeholders
- Translate analytical outputs into clear business narratives, recommendations, and actions
- Influence decision making through data backed insights and storytelling
Qualifications:
Must Have Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial analytics, growth analytics, or advanced business analytics
Strong hands on experience in:
- Revenue Growth Management
- Pricing Strategy
- Demand Forecasting
- Marketing, Media, Social Media, and Campaign Analytics
- Advanced dashboarding and visualization experience using Power BI and/or Tableau
- Experience working with modern data platforms, including Databricks
- Exposure to cloud analytics environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities
Good to Have / Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Pharma, MedTech, or Healthcare commercial analytics
- Exposure to IQVIA or syndicated commercial demand datasets
- Advanced analytics exposure such as price elasticity, marketing mix modeling (MMM), or propensity modeling
- Experience working across multi market or global commercial environments.
