Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth through self-generated opportunities. The role requires a strong focus on corporate client acquisition, relationship management, and end-to-end sales execution across multiple insurance segments
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and prospect potential corporate clients and convert them into successful business opportunities
· Drive new business generation through networking, references, and corporate outreach
· Engage with CXOs, business owners, HR leaders, and key decision-makers
· Explore opportunities across Employee Benefits and Non-Employee Benefits insurance products
· Conduct client meetings (virtual/physical) for presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
· Manage the entire sales lifecycle – lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
· Build and maintain strong client relationships for renewals, retention, and cross-selling Coordinate with internal teams and insurers for seamless onboarding and servicing
· Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Requirements
· 6-12 years of experience in corporate insurance sales
· Strong exposure to Employee Benefits & Non-Employee Benefits preferred
· In-depth understanding of insurance products including -
· Fire, Marine, Liability, Project Insurance, Professional Indemnity, Group Medical Cover (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), Group Term Life (GTL)
· Strong communication & target-driven mindset
