Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Commercial Leasing professional. Responsibilities include managing leasing activities, interacting with clients to understand and meet property requirements, negotiating lease agreements, and supporting lease administration processes. The role also involves ensuring resident retention through excellent communication and customer service practices while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve leasing goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Lease Administration and understanding of leasing processes
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Resident Retention strategies to build strong relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to foster productive interactions with clients
- Knowledge of property Leases and the negotiation process in a commercial leasing context
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Background in real estate, property management, or a related field is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline
