Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Leasing Manager based in Pune City. The Commercial Leasing Manager will oversee the leasing strategies for commercial properties, manage client portfolios, and negotiate and finalize lease agreements. The role involves market analysis, business planning, and working closely with clients to ensure their investment objectives are met. Additionally, the manager will supervise teams, handle contract management, and ensure compliance with all leasing regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate property performance
- Experience in Commercial Management and Business Planning
- Proficiency in Contract Management and structured deal negotiations
- Strong Team Management skills to lead and collaborate effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of real estate market regulations and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven experience in commercial leasing or real estate business is preferred
