Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Lab Head located in Gurugram. The role involves managing and leading laboratory operations, ensuring quality control and assurance, overseeing analytical testing processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Commercial Lab Head will also develop and implement quality management protocols while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Laboratory Skills, with the ability to oversee and manage day-to-day lab operations
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices to ensure standards and compliance are upheld
• Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret and validate test results effectively
• Experience with implementing and maintaining Quality Management systems and best practices
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Previous experience in managing analytical laboratories, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and certifications relevant to laboratory operations is a plus
