Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Interior Site Supervisor located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site execution for commercial interior projects, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal design and project teams; monitoring material deliveries; and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance requirements. The role involves daily site inspections, resolving on-site issues, tracking progress against project schedules, and preparing basic reports or updates. The Site Supervisor will also support budget control on site, verify work against BOQs, and help maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial and commercial management skills, with the ability to understand project scope, costs, and timelines.
- Proven ability in following up with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep work on schedule.
- Team management and people management skills to supervise on-site staff and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in commercial interior fit-outs or related construction projects.
- Knowledge of reading drawings, BOQs, and basic project documentation.
- Understanding of site safety practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
