Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals in the Internet sector.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across India to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high levels of performance and motivation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful E-com Head - India should have:
- Currently managing E-Com and Q-com for large brands.
- The candidate should have at least 15 years of experience on the brand side.
- Proven expertise in managing and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Solid understanding of the Internet sector and its market dynamics in India.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Educational qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field.
