Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Commercial Growth Lead to help scale AssetPro across industries.
This is not a traditional “sales executive” role.
You will work directly with the founder to:
* build enterprise relationships
* create sales processes
* develop new business opportunities
* manage strategic accounts
* help build the company’s long-term revenue engine
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from scratch and wants to grow into a future commercial leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
* Generate and manage enterprise sales opportunities across industries
* Conduct meetings, demos, presentations, and solution discussions
* Understand client operational challenges and position AssetPro effectively
* Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
Commercial Process Building
* Build and maintain structured sales pipelines and CRM discipline
* Develop industry-specific sales approaches and messaging
* Help create scalable sales playbooks and outreach processes
* Coordinate with marketing and product teams for lead generation initiatives
Client Relationship Management
* Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers
* Work closely with decision-makers including operations heads, maintenance teams, and senior management
* Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Founder Collaboration
* Work directly with the founder on strategic deals and commercial growth initiatives
* Participate in shaping go-to-market strategies across industries

Experience & Qualification
* 5–10 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, business development, or commercial growth roles
* Experience in SaaS, ERP, industrial technology, infrastructure technology, operational software, or enterprise solutions preferred
* Strong ability to handle consultative and solution-oriented sales discussions
* Experience dealing with enterprise customers and operational stakeholders is preferred
* Graduate in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related fields
* MBA is a plus but not mandatory
* Self-driven individuals with strong ownership mindset and growth ambition will be preferred
