Job Title: Commercial Finance Analyst Away From Home (AFH) Channel
Job Overview
The Commercial Finance Analyst supports commercial and AFH channel operations by managing end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role partners closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Bottler teams to ensure effective trade spend management, campaign ROI evaluation, and strong financial governance. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and confident in handling responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Core Commercial Finance
- Partner with Commercial teams to support FOBO business planning and closing activities.
- Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting for AM and STB budgets.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor AM budgets with monthly and quarterly variance analysis.
- Work with Marketing teams to analyze campaign ROI and optimize marketing spends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies for marketing investments and claims.
- Support accurate bottler (STB) reporting for discounts, pricing, co-ops, and promotions.
- Track marketing spends, ensure timely closure of accounts, and monitor budget utilization.
- Review claims submission, reconciliation, and reimbursement processes.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to the Commercial Finance Manager.
Away From Home (AFH) Channel Finance
- Lead AFH channel financial planning including volume, pricing, trade terms, and investments.
- Identify growth opportunities across QSR, Modern Trade, Institutional Catering, Travel Leisure, and other AFH segments.
- Plan and control AFH trade and AM budgets aligned with channel strategies.
- Track and analyze AFH trade investments, rebates, and promotional spends.
- Coordinate with bottlers to ensure aligned execution, profitability, and accurate reporting.

- Education: CA / CA Inter / ICWA / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance)
- Experience: 23 years in Commercial Finance, FPA, or related roles (FMCG preferred)
- Experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
