We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage quotation preparation, customer follow-ups, order analysis, and lost order reporting.
The candidate will play a key role in supporting the Sales team by ensuring:
- Accurate pricing
- Timely submission of quotations
- Effective order tracking
- Continuous improvement through win/loss analysis
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in preparing techno-commercial quotations. This role requires close coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, and customers to improve conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience Required: 4-5 Years
Educational Qualification:
· BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
· BBM (Bachelor of Business Management)
· Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management
· MBA (Marketing / Operations / Supply Chain preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare accurate and timely techno-commercial quotations based on customer enquiries and BOQs.
· Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Production teams to obtain costing inputs.
· Maintain pricing sheets and ensure correct margin application as per company guidelines.
· Follow up with customers on submitted quotations to improve order conversion ratio.
· Support the Sales team with pricing clarifications and techno-commercial details.
· Prepare and maintain lost order reports with detailed analysis (price, delivery, competition,
specifications, etc.).
· Conduct win/loss analysis and share insights to improve pricing and business strategy.
· Maintain enquiry-to-order tracking sheets and update management on conversion status.
· Ensure proper documentation of all quotations and revisions.
· Monitor ageing quotations and initiate timely follow-ups.
· Assist in preparing MIS reports related to sales, pricing, and order performance.
Maintain professional communication with customers via email and phone.
