We are looking for a Commercial Desk Manager to manage backend sales operations, customer coordination, quotations, CRM updates, and commercial documentation. The role requires strong coordination with sales, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Manage sales enquiries and ensure quotations are prepared and sent on the same day.
🔹 Communicate with customers to understand requirements and coordinate quotations.
🔹 Maintain and update customer interactions, quotations, and orders in Zoho CRM.
🔹 Review previous quotations and pricing before sending new quotes to existing customers.
🔹 Handle Purchase Orders (POs), verify them with negotiated quotations, and send PO confirmations.
🔹 Maintain proper documentation of quotations, POs, and customer records.
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams for tenders, exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and product promotions.
🔹 Ensure regular customer follow-ups and collect performance feedback.
🔹 Prepare monthly MIS reports (prospects, orders received, lost orders, etc.).
🔹 Support sales team activities, documentation, and customer database management.
Requirements✔ 3–6 years experience in Sales Coordination / Commercial Operations / Back Office Sales
✔ Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
✔ Strong communication and customer coordination skills
✔ Good knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and MIS reporting
QUALIFICATION : Electrical engineer/ Bio Medical engineer with sales experience. (MBA MARKETING)
