Role Overview
We are seeking a
Commercial Controller
responsible to drive financial strategy, planning,
and analysis to align with business goals. They optimize revenue, manage costs, and ensure
operational efficiency while partnering with teams across the organization. The role also
focuses on compliance, technology integration, and building a high-performing finance team
to support long-term growth and success.
Job Description
Financial Planning & Analysis:

Implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
○
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
○
Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends,
risks, and opportunities.
Revenue And Cost Management
○
Monitor and analyze revenue streams, cost structures, and profit margins.
○
Drive initiatives to optimize operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
○
Evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and product profitability.
Commercial Operations Oversight
○
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure deals and
partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics providers.
○
Assess and improve key processes related to payment, reconciliation, and
cash flow management.
Business Partnering
○
Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, offering data-driven
insights.
○
Partner with sales, marketing, and operational teams to align financial
objectives with business activities.
Governance And Compliance
○
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal
policies.

Develop and maintain robust internal controls and risk management
frameworks.
Technology And Innovation
○
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate financial systems with ecommerce
platforms.
Leadership And Team Development
○
Build and lead a high-performing commercial finance team.

improvement.
Qualification and
Experience
Experience:
MBA or CA/CPA
6+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on ecommerce, B2C, or
fast-paced industries.
Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and commercial
management.
Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, including payment
gateways, logistics, and vendor management.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar
platforms).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
