Role Description
We are inviting passionate Commerce Teaching Interns to join our academic team in Dehradun.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who genuinely enjoy teaching and wish to build a long-term career in Commerce education.
As a Commerce Teaching Intern, you will:
• Teach Accountancy, Economics, and Business Studies to students of Classes 10, 11, and 12.
• Conduct 1-to-1 sessions and small-group classes (4–5 students) to provide personalized learning support.
• Help students strengthen concepts required for CBSE, ICSE, and ISC Board Examinations.
• Assist in lesson planning, content development, worksheet preparation, and assessment evaluation.
• Guide students in developing strong fundamentals that prepare them for future professional courses such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CS, B.Com, Economics, Finance, and Business Management.
• Support students in doubt-solving, exam preparation, and academic planning.
• Participate in faculty training sessions, mentoring discussions, and continuous professional development programs.
• Progress toward a Lead Faculty role based on performance, subject mastery, and teaching effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and genuine interest in Accountancy, Economics, and Business Studies.
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Prior teaching experience should not exceed 2 years.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable using digital teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Classroom.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn modern teaching methodologies.
• Passion for mentoring students and helping them build confidence in Commerce subjects.
Employment Type
Full-time / Part-time (On-site, Dehradun)
💰 Stipend / Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
(Compensation may be revised after the internship period based on teaching performance, subject expertise, and student feedback.)
