Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for an E-commerce and Quick Commerce Specialist. The role involves managing online commerce activities, monitoring operational performance, analyzing data to identify trends, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience. The Specialist will also handle communication with customers, support sales initiatives, and ensure all e-commerce processes run smoothly and efficiently.
