Role Description The Commerce Lecturer will design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and discussions for undergraduate commerce programs, ensuring alignment with Trisha’s curriculum and academic standards. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing teaching materials and assessments, evaluating student performance, and providing timely feedback and academic guidance. The role involves mentoring students for university exams and relevant competitive or professional exams, contributing to question paper setting, and maintaining accurate academic records. The Lecturer will participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development initiatives, and academic events, while fostering an inclusive and disciplined learning environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Trisha campus in Udupi.

Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree (e.g., M.Com, MBA in Finance/Accounting or related field); higher qualifications such as NET/SET, Ph.D., or professional certifications (CA, CMA, CS) are an advantage.
- Strong subject-matter expertise across core commerce areas such as Accounting, Finance, Business Law, Taxation, Economics, and related disciplines.
- Proven classroom teaching skills, including lesson planning, lecture delivery, student engagement, and assessment design for undergraduate or professional courses.
- Ability to guide students for competitive and professional exams (e.g., CA, CS, CMA, or commerce-related entrance tests) is highly desirable.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a plus.
- Competence in using digital tools for teaching, such as presentation software, learning management systems, and basic online assessment platforms.
- Strong mentoring, counseling, and classroom management abilities, with a student-centered and inclusive approach.
- Commitment to continuous learning, academic integrity, collaboration with colleagues, and participation in institutional development activities.
