🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop leasing opportunities for commercial properties (retail, office spaces, malls, etc.)
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and client outreach
• Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective tenants
• Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements in line with company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and brokers
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and rental benchmarks
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, marketing, CRM) for smooth deal closure
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with leasing processes

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good understanding of the local commercial real estate market
• Ability to build client relationships and close deals effectively
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused mindset
