We’re seeking the right candidate for the position of Accounts Manager at Cleveland Community Care Center. In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
What You Bring to the Table:
Essential Qualifications:
- · Must have some accounting experience.
- · Must have computer skills.
- · Must be able to type and use other office equipment.
- · Will receive on-the-job training regarding proper handling of administrative matters according to formulated policies as well as offsite training at central accounting offices.
- · Has ability to work well with the general public.
- · Has ability to meet and deal with a variety of employees, residents & relatives.
- · Considerable initiative and judgment are needed in promoting favorable public relations.
- · Must be sociable, courteous and have a memory for details.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- · Handles resident billing and collection per prescribed procedures.
- · Familiar with insurance coverage on residents to channel their medical bills and supplies.
- · Familiar with Medicare (Part A and Part B), Medicaid, and PPO/HMO verification and appeal processes
- · Familiar with the admission folder and admission procedure for new admissions.
- · Relates knowledgeable information regarding admission requirements and rates.
