Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our on-site team in Mumbai. In this full-time role, you will actively identify and engage with prospective clients, develop leads, and present tailored solar solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include conducting market research, building strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. You will also collaborate with the internal team to stay updated on product offerings and market trends while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Building
- Knowledge of Renewable Energy Solutions, particularly Solar Energy Systems
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Market Research and Lead Generation
- Ability to work well under targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a proactive problem solver
- Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus
- Knowledge of the local market and fluency in English and regional languages are advantageous
- A degree or certification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
