<li>Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date schedules</li>
<li>Communicate with families, caregivers, and leadership</li>
<li>Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and welcoming new caregivers</li>
<li>Support nearby offices when needed</li>
<li>Keep the team informed, supported, and aligned</li>

<li>Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Monday–Friday, <strong>8:30 AM – 5:00 PM</strong>

<li>Reasonable commute to the Bloomsburg office</li>
<li>Organized, dependable, and ready to learn</li>
<li>Staffing/scheduling experience is helpful but <strong>not required</strong>
