About the role

Essential Functions:

Assist with activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Bathing, Grooming, dressing, and toileting
Provide safe mobility support, transfers, and fall-prevention assistance
Prepare simple meals and hydration
Preform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and tidying
Offer companionship, conversation and emotional support

Qualifications:

Active CNA or HHA certification (required)
Previous caregiving experience preferred
Ability to lift, transfer, and support clients safely
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Must pass background check and meet agency requirements

Additional Requirements

Reliable transportation is required for travel to and from client homes
Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
