</div><div>🧭 What You’ll Do</div><div>• Match caregivers with client schedules<br>• Maintain accurate, real-time scheduling<br>• Communicate with caregivers, families, and office leadership<br>• Support recruiting and onboarding efforts<br>• Welcome and guide new caregivers<br>• Assist nearby offices when needed<br>• Help keep the care team informed and supported<br><br>

</div><div>✅ Requirements</div><div>• 18 years or older<br>• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation<br>• Monday–Friday availability (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)<br>• Reasonable commute to Pottsville office<br>• Organized and dependable<br>• Willingness to learn and grow<br>• Staffing or scheduling experience helpful but not required<br><br>
