<li>High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate</li>
<li>Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.</li>
<li>Previous experience in staffing or as a scheduler</li>
<li>HHA or CNA preferred </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>What you will be doing:</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Maintain schedules for services requested by clients</li>
<li>Monitor overtime and mileage records of employees</li>
<li>Provides direction to direct care employees to ensure safe and effective coverage of client needs</li>
<li>Maintain adequate numbers of available on-call staff</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job, respecting client and employee records</li>
