<li>Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification</li>
<li>Full Physical Report and Drug Screening (within past 12 months)</li>
<li>2 professional reference letters (within past 3 years)</li>
<li>Eligibility to work in the United States</li>
<li>Reliability and compassion</li>

<li>Dressing, grooming, and hygiene</li>
<li>Ambulation around the house</li>
<li>Encouraging exercise and fluids</li>

<li>Meal preparation</li>
<li>Running errands</li>
<li>Transportation to appointments</li>
<li>Companionship and conversation</li>
