About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be on the generation of reports using SQL, relational databases, and visualization tools like Tableau. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data modeling, data privacy, and segmentation, along with experience in ETL processes and ServiceNow reporting. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills to deliver high-quality, actionable insights to stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts for report generation.
Work with relational databases, with a preference for experience in Postgres.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to present data insights effectively.
Ensure data privacy and security by implementing proper data segmentation and access controls.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and data pipelines for performance and accuracy.
Leverage ServiceNow for reporting purposes, including creating and customizing reports as needed.
Participate in ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Document reporting processes, data models, and workflows for future reference.
