As a Junior Project Manager you will participate in a detailed three year training and development program and will eventually manage all aspects of a project to meet profitability and financial targets, delivering products and services in line with customer needs, and timing expectations.

Essential Job Functions
- During the Development Program you will be exposed to and learn the Project Management practices for the five stages of a project:
- Initiating: Processes performed to define a new project or a new phase of an existing project.
- Planning: Processes required to establish the scope of a project, define project objectives, and define the course of action required to attain project objectives.
- Executing: Process performed to complete the work defined in a project management plan to satisfy the project specifications.
- Monitoring and Controlling: Processes required to track, review and monitor the progress and performance of the project; identify any areas in which changes to the plan are required; and initiate the corresponding changes.
- Closing: Processes performed to finalize all activities across departments to formally close a project.
