Location: Varies/Patient Homes – Columbia Family Clinic; Dayton, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week, 4, 10 – hour shifts
Compensation: $36.00 - $58.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500.00

We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Registered Nurse to support our palliative care services. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered care and supporting individuals and families through serious or life-limiting illness. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, and committed to improving quality of life across the care continuum.

Qualifications
- Active Washington State RN license; or active Multi-State License
- BLS certification every 2 years
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered nursing care, including assessments and symptom management
- Coordinate care for patients with serious or chronic conditions
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate and support patients and families through ongoing communication
- Coordinate services, referrals, and community resources
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record
