Location: Columbia Family Clinic – Behavioral Health; Dayton, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week
Compensation: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000.00

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable CNA to join our Behavioral Health team in a dual role supporting both patient care and front desk functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering respectful, patient-centered support to individuals with diverse behavioral health needs.

Qualifications
- Active Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- BLS certification every 2 years
Responsibilities
- Care for a wide range of patients, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for their visit.
- Verify patient identity using two identifiers.
- Perform vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature).
- Prepare exam rooms for providers and clean rooms after each patient.
- Stock rooms and maintain PAR levels daily.
- Greet patients and visitors, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments to optimize provider time and clinic flow.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare, scan, and file documents, including medical records and insurance paperwork.
- Keep equipment operating by following instructions and performing preventive maintenance.
