Analyst, Quoting

To process and provide cost for the quote requests received from Customer/ Sales and to support business revenue generation by responding quote requests faster with quality. What you will do • Understand the customer / Sales requirements and produce quotes within agreed timelines. • The activity includes building connectivity checks, procuring OLO cost from third party suppliers, Offnet supplier tools, etc. • Communication with Sales on regular basis and update the work instructions as per business and process requirements • Create and maintain internal process documentation, administrative logs and report to management on regular basis. • The analyst is responsible to send the offer to the sales/customer and report the quote accurately in order to link the quote when the offer is accepted to an order. • Participate in system, tool and process changes and adopt new ways of working. • Keeping apprised with new products and technologies.
