Lead Operations Field Support Specialist 

As a Lead Operations Field Support Specialist, you will:

• Provide technical oversight of work performed by other Operations Field Support Specialists (OFS) and assist with workload balancing
• Ability to learn and perform Operations Field Support Specialist (OFS) Electric Service and BSS tasks and assist where needed
• Learn new tools and help train Operations Field Support Specialists (OFS), Electric Service and BSS teams on the use of these tools, and assist with covering OFS duties as needed
• Coordinate Code-1 Accounts (customer violence concerns) to include arranging police escorts
• Provide clear direction of department goals
• Give timely and specific performance feedback to the Operations Field Support Specialists (OFS) team members
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve challenging invoice issues
• Monitor invoicing Net 30 SLA and assist in resolving related issues, and process assigned invoices within Net 30 SLA
• Assist in process standardization and documentation
• Collaborate with other OFS Leads and OFS Supervisors to develop and implement best practices
• Resolve customer, contractor, and accounts payable concerns, and escalate as needed
• Provide oversight of internal work request collaboration utilizing phone, email, and other request mechanisms
   

Who You Are

• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume business support or customer service environment
• Experience using Maximo, Clevest, C2M, OSI or other computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) applications is valued
• Ability to learn new technologies and programs
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer needs, as well as requests for service and assistance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or small amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
