Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Color Matching Technician based in Noida. The Color Matching Technician will be responsible for performing color-matching activities, conducting tests to ensure accuracy and consistency, and maintaining quality control of industrial coatings. Duties include monitoring and adjusting color formulations, maintaining equipment used in the color-matching process, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards in a manufacturing environment. Collaborating with teams to address production needs and resolve issues is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong skills in Industrial Maintenance and general system Maintenance
- Understanding of basic Electricity principles and their applications in manufacturing settings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications
- Experience or knowledge in industrial coatings and color-matching processes is a strong advantage
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a relevant field preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines under production schedules
