Position: Banking Center Manager
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Position Purpose:
Direct platform in banking center to provide efficient, high quality customer service, achieve retail sales targets, and deliver profitably through a well-trained and motivated staff.
Primary Job Functions:

Foster a culture of transparent communication within the banking center(s).

Recruit, train, and coach a high performing team by providing leadership, guidance, and hands on support.

Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations.

Perform Universal Banker duties efficiently and with minimal exceptions to help with workflow, short staffing, and customer needs.

Create a healthy work environment for team members and a customer-centric environment to enhance customer service.

Other duties as assigned.
Job Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) or more years Bank experience
- Financial lending experience preferred
- Public communications experience
- Relevant computer skills
