Key Responsibilities
• Platform Architecture & Governance
- Architect the Collibra platform including Catalog, Governance, Lineage and DQ.
- Design and maintain the enterprise Operating Model (domains, communities, asset types, relations).
- Define Collibra governance standards and metadata models.
- Automated License Quota Optimization
• Metadata, Lineage & Integrations
- Lead metadata ingestion via REST APIs, Collibra Connect, Edge, and Harvester.
- Implement technical and business lineage for Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, ADF, Tableau/Power BI.
- Build scalable integration patterns for metadata onboarding.
• Workflow & Automation
- Develop BPMN workflows for approval, certification, and stewardship processes.
- Optimize workflow performance and user experience.
- Automate data ingestions from multiple data sources in Collibra.
• Platform Administration & Security
- Define access controls, roles, responsibilities, and domain level permissions.
- Manage environment promotion between DEV/TEST/PROD.
• Data Quality & Governance Enablement
- Integrate Collibra Data Quality into data pipelines.
- Partner with Data Owners, Stewards, and Engineering teams to drive adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5–10+ years in Data Governance or Data Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of operating model design, REST APIs, JSON, BPMN workflows, metadata ingestion.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and ETL/BI integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
