Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for a College Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will oversee and manage educational and training initiatives targeted at social development. Key responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, coordinating with academic institutions and stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring project objectives align with organizational goals. Additionally, the role requires fostering effective communication with participants, stakeholders, and partners while delivering quality resources and ensuring participant satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Program Management and Program Development, with the ability to design, execute, and evaluate programs effectively.
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, organizational abilities, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with academic institutions, stakeholders, and program participants effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset, teamwork capabilities, and willingness to work on-site in Jodhpur.
- A bachelor's degree in Social Development, Education, or a related field is required; advanced degrees and experience in nonprofit sectors or academic collaborations are a plus.
